Caulfield North 2 Project

This custom concrete pool in Caulfield North was designed to make better use of an existing backyard, replacing a 30-year-old concrete pool with a refined, multi-functional outdoor retreat for a young family.

Project Overview

With careful planning, the old pool was removed and the excavated soil from the new build was used to backfill the original pool area, creating a more open and usable grassed space. The new pool was then positioned to maximise the backyard layout, while incorporating multiple zones for swimming, relaxing, family recreation and exercise.

The result is a highly considered pool design that balances everyday practicality with a premium lifestyle outcome.

Results

The completed pool transformed the backyard into a more functional, spacious and enjoyable outdoor environment. By removing the original pool and reworking the site layout, Seaspray Pools was able to create a design that better suited the client’s family lifestyle while improving the overall usability of the backyard.
